Ram Lives with his wife Sita. In the family are three other brothers -Sohan, Shyam and Mohan. There is Geeta too, who is always playing and fighting with Mohan.

One day, it is decided that Sohan will marry Mona, but Mona loves Shyam. At last, Sohan gets married to Shila, the daughter of a munim, but from this moment they start fighting and the cause of their fight is Geeta.

Geeta, is in love with Mohan and she is also Sita's sister. When she comes to know the truth about herself, she promises never to marry Mohan. In the meantime, Sohan, who was already fed up with Shila has joined the army. Here, Shyam and Mona fall in the trap made by Mona's brother, Shital, and leave their home. Thus, the once happy household is broken into pieces.

Shital, who takes advantage of Geeta being alone, sees that his tricks and plans work and soon there is nobody to stop him.

At the end, Ram is lying on his death bed, where Shila, Shyam, Mohan, Mona and Shital pray for forgiveness. But Sohan is not present.........Where is he? What happens when Sohan does come?
